Now That Your Campaign is Rolling…

You should have already assembled your army of volunteers, identified a 50-mile radius around your town, and streamlined your renewal process and focused 80% of your time and volunteer effort on new business.  It is now time to look at some the challenges that you might encounter during your campaign.  We will also look at effective ways to assemble and use your database.

Last year at the Live On Stage National Conference in Nashville, TN many delegates attended a break-out session where we discussed our new “Strategic Planning Workshop” program.  The break-out session began with a question to the delegates, “What are the top issues facing community concerts today?”  Here were some of the answers that were given:
