Conference News: Schedule of Events

This year’s  National Conference marks Live On Stage’s 10th anniversary!

Can’t wait a moment longer?  Register NOW!  The “Early Bird” rate of $145 expires on June 1st.

Many exciting plans are underway for this special gathering, not to mention the unveiling of our 10th roster of internationally acclaimed talent!   This year’s conference will also boast our first ever Saturday evening Gala.

Schedule and Events

Thursday:

Registration begins at 2:00 pm.  We encourage everyone, especially newcomers, to make arrangements to be part of this great afternoon of reconnecting and meeting peers from around the country.

You will not want to miss the Thursday evening Welcome Reception, including light fare and two live showcases.

 Friday:

At last, what everyone is waiting for!  Friday morning will be filled with anticipation as the 2013-2014 Artists are revealed.

(here’s an anonymous tip – “Wow, just wait ’til you see this roster!“)

Of course, the only thing that outshines the Roster symposium is seeing the Artists themselves.  Friday afternoon will be the first installment of the 2012 Showcases.

Saturday:

Following the success of last year, Saturday morning will again play host to workshops.

There is big news involving the workshops and new product offerings this year!    More information coming in May!  You can bet on topics relating to Strategy, Publicity and Web Technology.  All announcements will be made on Livewire.

The 2012 Showcases will continue Saturday afternoon.

Saturday Night Gala:

On our last evening together we have traditionally enjoyed a wonderful dinner, in addition to mingling with artists, staff, reps and delegates.

This year let’s  blow the roof off the place!  We are pulling out all the stops to celebrate the success of the arts in each of your communities.  This night is about celebrating a decade of partnership around our mutual passion, the love of live performing arts!

Live music, great food, remembrances…dress to impress!

We will keep you updated as plans continue to fall in place.  Rest assured that our jis staff committed to making this event thrilling and fulfilling.  We can’t wait to see you all again!
